Now that our kitchen is complete, I want to thank you on behalf of Carolyn and myself for all your hard work in creating it .. You have transformed our kitchen from a dark and dreary place into a light and bright space which is a pleasure to use. From conception to execution, you not only demonstrated quite exceptional technical ability but also succeeded in coping brilliantly with all our anxieties and endless questions.
Both of us were constantly impressed by your huge range of skills. You piloted the whole project through, masterminding the designing and building and organising everyone else who was needed on site. We know that we must have driven you completely mad with our questions and demands, but no request of ours was ever too difficult for you to pursue. You demonstrated such meticulous attention to detail that few problems arose but if ever there were difficulties, your calm, problem-solving approach ensured that they were resolved without fuss or delay.
In short, we both felt that you handled the whole project in the most exemplary manner. You were utterly reliable and conscientious and your endless patience, care and commitment meant that we would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone else.
Carolyn and I are therefore enormously grateful to you for everything you did and for all the time you put into the project.
